Our Organizational Structure
We are structured as a free, “open source” knowledge base on entrepreneurship. Unlike commercial web sites and portals, our project is run by a loose confederation of volunteers and non-profit educational backed groups, who help us compile pages of content and links for particular interest in which they are expert. Our Executive Director, Robert W. Price, leads this global network of volunteers who submit content and refine the community.
Our Corporate Structure
The Global Entrepreneurship Institute (GEI) is structured and chartered as a 501(c)(3) organization. Its affairs are managed by a Board of Directors representing the interests of our community members, contributors, and composed of eminent leaders in entrepreneurship, education, business and public affairs.

The Directors are assisted by regional advisory groups, which are organized as needed in major cities around the world. Although the Global Entrepreneurship Institute is organized and structured as a non-stock, non-profit corporation in the United States, the activities of the Institute are on a global scale.
When necessary, and to save the burden of overhead, the Institute will continue to outsource specific programs to leading providers. This will ensure that GEI is efficient and effective in providing high-quality services to it global community.
